Rules:
- Entry fee 20p per class.
- Exhibitors may submit only one entry per class.
- Fruit, flowers, vegetables and pot plants must have been grown by the exhibitor.
- Cut flowers should be shown with own foliage. Dishes, containers or vases to be provided by exhibitor. A vase to have a greater height than mouth measurement.
- Baked products must be covered in cling film.
- All entries to be staged between 10:00 and 11.30 am on Show Day.
- After staging, please leave the hall.
- All exhibits are shown at exhibitor's risk.
- The decision of the judges is final.
- Presentation of trophies will take place at 3:30pm.
- Points awarded are: 1st - 3pts, 2nd - 2pts, 3rd -1pt except for Classes 13, 25 and 32 when points are doubled.
- Please ensure your entry form is submitted by 6.00 pm on Thursday 10th September 2026 either by hand or on-line – details on the Entry Form.
- If you enter online or by e-mail then please pay when staging your exhibits - cash only please.
