Hilltop Autumns Show - Saturday 12th September 2026

Rules:

  1. Entry fee 20p per class.
  2. Exhibitors may submit only one entry per class.
  3. Fruit, flowers, vegetables and pot plants must have been grown by the exhibitor.
  4. Cut flowers should be shown with own foliage. Dishes, containers or vases to be provided by exhibitor. A vase to have a greater height than mouth measurement.
  5. Baked products must be covered in cling film.
  6. All entries to be staged between 10:00 and 11.30 am on Show Day.
  7. After staging, please leave the hall.
  8. All exhibits are shown at exhibitor's risk.
  9. The decision of the judges is final.
  10. Presentation of trophies will take place at 3:30pm.
  11. Points awarded are: 1st - 3pts, 2nd - 2pts, 3rd -1pt except for Classes 13, 25 and 32 when points are doubled.
  12. Please ensure your entry form is submitted by 6.00 pm on Thursday 10th September 2026 either by hand or on-line – details on the Entry Form.
